Update

The Microsoft Azure issue is still impacting Ascend services. Microsoft is working on rolling back their last update in an effort to fix this issue. We will post any updates we receive as soon as we get them. Thank you for your patience as we work with our partners at Microsoft to fix this issue.

Identified

We've identified an issue impacting Ascend functionality. Microsoft Azure, our cloud computing service, is down: https://downdetector.com/status/windows-azure/.

Ascend will have issues with most functionality until this is resolved by Microsoft. We will update this thread once we have more information.

This incident affected: Services (Ascend HQ, Multi-store, Stratus) and Payment processing (Ascend Pay, Chase Payments).
