Beginning Monday 9/16, Ascend Support hours are shifting to provide deeper support during the busiest times of day. The shift will offer you and your customers quicker assistance when you need it the most!

New Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8am CT - 7:30pm CT
Saturday: 8:30am CT - 7:30pm CT
Sunday: 9:30am CT - 7:30pm CT

If any issues arise past 7:30pm CT, please email us at support@ascendrms.com and we will follow up the next day.
