If you have already upgraded to our 23.4 release, you will be receiving an updated version tonight, April 13th, 2023. We recently found an issue affecting a specific use path where opening Work Orders from the Customer Record may inadvertently change update the transaction type from a Work Order into a Layaway.
The latest version set for download on April 13 will prevent updated workstations from experiencing the issue. No action is required - workstations will update automatically.
If you haven't updated to 23.4, you will receive the corrected version at your normally scheduled time.
