Resolved - While we still haven't heard directly from Chase, there have been no reported issues from our customers nor on the down detector website for overall Chase customers. We will move forward assuming this has been resolved on their end.

Monitoring - We have not received official confirmation from Chase that their issue has been resolved, but retailers have reported that Chase payments are processing as expected.

If you experience instability, we still do not recommend using the card processor until services have consistently resumed, as multiple attempts may place multiple holds on a customer's bank account.

Using Locally or Klarna to process transactions in lieu of using Chase is our recommended path until this is resolved.

Update - There's no update from Chase yet on this issue. Wait times to speak with their support is currently around an hour. As soon as we receive confirmation from them that this is resolved we will update this page.

Until then, we advise avoiding using Chase even if random transactions go through. The instability should be avoided if it can be. Using Locally or Klarna to process transactions in lieu of using Chase is our recommended path until this is resolved.

Update - Note: We have heard some shops mention that duplicate charges will occur if you try the card multiple times. We advise refraining from trying to use Chase payments until they resolve this issue. Follow progress here for near live updates - https://downdetector.com/status/chase/.

Identified - There are currently issue(s) affecting Chase payment processing. They are working on a fix. If you're actively integrated with Chase Payments, you may experience errors until the issue is resolved.

We advise using Locally or Klarna to process any transactions needing a form of credit until Chase is able to fix the issue.
